What we keep, who helps us run the shop, and how to ask us to stop.
Who we are
BANDEJA is a women’s padel brand run by Yinnie and Claire. This site is wearbandeja.shop. Questions about your data go through Contact.
What we collect
- Your bag
- Product, colour, size, and quantity sit in your browser (localStorage) until you check out. We do not see the bag until you start Stripe Checkout.
- Orders
- Name, email, shipping address, and payment details are collected by Stripe at checkout. We receive what we need to make and ship the piece, and to send the order email.
- Newsletter, contact, and design-request forms send the address and message you type. Newsletter signup can unlock 10% off for that session.
- Wishlist
- Saved hearts live in sessionStorage on this device, for this visit only.
Cookies
- Necessary
- Your consent choice, bag, newsletter session, and a dismissed site banner. These keep the shop working. Stripe also sets its own cookies on stripe.com when you pay.
- Analytics
- PostHog (page views, clicks, session replay) loads only after you accept. Reject analytics and it never starts. Change your mind from Cookies in the footer.
Who processes it
Stripe for payment. Resend for email. Cloudflare to host the site. PostHog for analytics, only with consent. We do not sell your data.
How long
Order records stay as long as we need them for fulfilment, refunds, and accounts. Newsletter stays until you ask to leave. Browser storage stays on your device until you clear it.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of what we hold, a correction, or a deletion. Use Contact. If we cannot help, you can complain to the ICO in the UK.
